Another month done and dusted. I was looking back at some photos I took, at the beginning of the month there was still quite a bit of ice on Lake Michigan, but it was beginning to break up. Now it is all gone and the sands are starting to be smoothed back out ready for the tourist season which will begin again in earnest in May.
I am glad of some days of warmer weather, though the ups and downs are driving me a little bit crazy! Today people were wearing shorts (it wasn't quite that warm IMO). I did break out a t-shirt in the house today and it was nice not to have the heating on. Hopefully, next month the temperatures will even out a little bit.
Moods this month have been up and down, winter has seemed so long, but the end is in sight now. Next month will include a visit to see Baby A - so excited and counting down the weeks. House stuff - semi-productive. I'll have decluttering totals tomorrow. I'm still plodding along!
Speaking of plodding along. I am still continuing with my Phone Photos - Things That Make Me Smile 2026 (photo every day). These are the collages for the month

Your photos are again stunning, I love the collages.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteIt must be nice to see the sand replace the snow . Now all you need is some sun!
ReplyDeleteOur weather has been so up and down like a yo-yo - snow one day, heat the next. Today we had Tornado sirens!
DeleteIt's been a funny old month with one thing and another. I'm glad to see the back of March.
ReplyDeleteHopefully April will be better!
DeleteI love your collages for the month. March is never quite sure whether it's still winter or starting to be spring, it seems. We had some really warm temperatures mid-March (up to 98F) and then, yesterday, it was in the upper 60s and it rained!
ReplyDeleteHope April will be a good month for you, especially with a planned visit to see Baby A. Something to look forward to! :)
It definitely has been up and down here! I had my winter coat on one day and just my fleece on the next! I am so excited to be able to see her again!
DeleteHi Sharon. I'm Ivy and new here. I'm a photographer as well and shot daily. How great is it to take photos? I just love it. Glad you're plugging along on the declutter. Too cold for shorts here but this week we did have the windows open and that rocked.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting!
DeleteI really love taking photos - keeps me sane!
