My desk is as I left it last night. There is more mess this week and less spare desk. The two cards sitting up front are waiting to be finished. They need something - not quite sure what. The mornings one I think I have an idea for - it came to me in bed sometime in the night. Yes, that's what I was thinking about when I woke suddenly in the darkness of the early morning. The other one needs a sentiment of some sort but I'm not sure what.
Well, I'm off to hop along to other desks in between exercising and housework!
Good morning, Sharon. Maybe that pink is a by-product of Spring fever. Bright, cheery cards. My awakening is usually the answer to something I've been trying to remember or puzzle out. This morning it was a cow in my orchard. I think I like your awakening much better LOL Creative Blessings! Kelly #53
ReplyDeletethose cards already look great, whatever you decide to do with them will make them only even better. Happy WOYWW, Vicky#9
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit, I think this particular mag is a bit clever for me but I have managed a couple of items over the months!!!
ReplyDeleteLove your cards, one pretty and the other funny - perfect - and as for pink ... I never liked it until a couple of years ago!!
Take care and have a good week

Two lovely bright happy cards being made there. Am sure you will be happy with them after just one more tweak - they look fine to me as they are though.

I wake with ideas - keep a notebook now by my desk as I sometimes can't remember them later lol!!! like the colours you are using. Anne x #50
ReplyDeleteLike Anne I keep a notebook of ideas as I often see them or get an idea and if I don't make a note, it's gone! Nice cards, hope you find the right sentiment soon. Thanks for the visit to mine , have a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x 22
ReplyDeleteFun cards, Sharon--I'm a lil' bit jealous of all my woyww card making "friends," I'm just so NOT good at that! The recipients will love them, surely!

Hi Sharon. Your cards look terrific. Had to smile at your comment about the purple/pink phase you are in...I seem to be in a green one. Not a colour I wouldn't normally pick.

Happy WOYWW. Loving your bright pink/purple cards. Thank you for your visit earlier. BTW - our nearest Ikea is 3 hours away, so I ordered my trolley online. Ali x #57
ReplyDeleteLovely busy desk, Sharon, and sometimes it's a good discipline to work with non-favourite colours and stretch one's envelope a bit! Thank you for your lovely comment. I shall get back in the studio soon - I have loads of projects I want to work on. Today I was too busy and then too tired even to do my 1/2 hr music practice but my fingers are coming along nicely! It's a good feeling to know I'm through the worst.
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW,

Good evening and happy WOYWW. I love your little monster card holding I hope a cup of coffee.giggle giggle. Your desk isn't to bad there is still room to work and I know when an idea strikes it never cares what time of the day it comes. Have a super fantastic week. Hugs ~Anne L #36
ReplyDeleteAh but purple and pink offset each other so well don't they; ably illustrated by your cards. I love the monster card particularly! Your desk is, to me, as it should be after such a marathon card making session!
ReplyDeleteMorning Sharon, I love your cards, especially the 'Morning' one, such fun.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my desk and I love the term 'Creative' for my desk, I think I will use that.

Love the cards and what a nice tidy way to work. Me, well you can't see my desk when I'm in the middle of creating lol! Thanks for the visit! Angie #48
ReplyDeleteYeah, strange how you go through phases. I like the combination of pink and purple and I am not a 'pink' girl either.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit yesterday and sorry for the late reply,
Belated happy WOYWW,

Thanks for the visit!
ReplyDeleteLove the purple and pink! Frustrating when you know you need "something else" on a card but then don't know what!
