What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday

Wednesday again and it's time for WOYWW with Julia and the gang over at Stamping Ground.

My desk is as I left it last night. There is more mess this week and less spare desk. The two cards sitting up front are waiting to be finished. They need something - not quite sure what. The mornings one I think I have an idea for - it came to me in bed sometime in the night. Yes, that's what I was thinking about when I woke suddenly in the darkness of the early morning. The other one needs a sentiment of some sort but I'm not sure what.

I got a couple of other cards made this week - several posts this week. I seem to be in a purple/pink mood which is strange for me as I certainly don't usually like pink!

Well, I'm off to hop along to other desks in between exercising and housework!

  1. Good morning, Sharon. Maybe that pink is a by-product of Spring fever. Bright, cheery cards. My awakening is usually the answer to something I've been trying to remember or puzzle out. This morning it was a cow in my orchard. I think I like your awakening much better LOL Creative Blessings! Kelly #53

  18. Fun cards, Sharon--I'm a lil' bit jealous of all my woyww card making "friends," I'm just so NOT good at that! The recipients will love them, surely!

  19. Hi Sharon. Your cards look terrific. Had to smile at your comment about the purple/pink phase you are in...I seem to be in a green one. Not a colour I wouldn't normally pick.

  21. Lovely busy desk, Sharon, and sometimes it's a good discipline to work with non-favourite colours and stretch one's envelope a bit! Thank you for your lovely comment. I shall get back in the studio soon - I have loads of projects I want to work on. Today I was too busy and then too tired even to do my 1/2 hr music practice but my fingers are coming along nicely! It's a good feeling to know I'm through the worst.

    Happy WOYWW,

  23. Ah but purple and pink offset each other so well don't they; ably illustrated by your cards. I love the monster card particularly! Your desk is, to me, as it should be after such a marathon card making session!

Love the purple and pink! Frustrating when you know you need "something else" on a card but then don't know what!
