Workdesk Wednesday - 8 years!

It's Wednesday again and time to join with Julia and the gang over at Stamping Ground for What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday. It's the 8 year anniversary! Can you  believe it? I haven't been joining in that long. It's a really fun place to share - lots of encouragement and creative sharing. I've really enjoyed participating.

Well, here's my desk this week


It's never clean - just can't seem to keep it that way. I've been working on my ATCs but no peeking! I have a couple of extras so if anyone wants to share drop me an email Ipswich2 at aol dot com.


I've actually mounted some of the backgrounds I've been making onto card bases. I love the colours. Happy Anniversary everyone!

    Gorgeous backgrounds, Sharon! I'm afraid I shan't be joining in the ATC swap again this year - I don't seem to have the time or energy! Thank you for your lovely comment last week. I'm sorry I didn't get back to you before this, or visit your desk last week but I had a very busy week and then had 2 days of complete rest. Still, better late than never. Thank you for your good wishes for Phoebe but sadly we lost her yesterday. Happy belated birthday for 19th, and I wish your mum well for her oncology appointment. My 6-monthly check up is tomorrow. I've just signed in for WOYWW this week.

    I love the colors too! My creative corner is that untidy today to where it is genuinely unsightly. A mess. Yours looks quite orderly. i love your colors too! And those patterns are fascinating - could be versatile! Happy 8th!

    Thank you for your sweet comment, Sharon. Beatrice keeps going into the garden to look for Phoebe which is very distressing. We don't think it will be long before we lose her, too, as she's very unsteady on her legs these days. It's all so sad. Thank you for your good wishes for my appointment tomorrow, and also your anticipation for my County Show post - which I hope to get done soon. I am still very busy, now trying to catch up with everything after last week being so full, and then being too tired to do anything.

    I love the colours too, just fab. That's a great way to get cards underway isn't it, you can get quite a good start on some major numbers that way...I'm thinking Christmas. I won't do any though, not yet!! It makes me smile to read that you feel you can't keep your desk tidy...it looks great to me..would take me half an hour of tidying to get to the point your desk is!!

    I am your ATC WOYWW swap buddy! I have sent you an email so hopefully I will get your address soon! I love your backgrounds and I see you have some Unity stamps on your desk - I like them but to order them from US is quite expensive!

    I didn't have acces to a computer last couple of days so I'm very, VERY late visiting desks and celebrating the 8th anniversary... anyway, here I am and your ATC is on its way to you (I dropped it in the mailbox on Friday) and I'm curious to see what you will send back... can't wait!
