Rain, Rain, Go Away

I got wet on my walk yesterday and I got wet on my walk today and tomorrow looks like even more rain!

On the plus side it was actually quite mild today. It obviously couldn't have been mild and sunny lol. Oh well, at least I got out for a bit of a walk. Husband and I are going to chance going out in the morning. If nothing else, we'll have a bit of a drive. We're hoping to head down beyond the rain lol.

I didn't do much of significance for the rest of the day. Middle son came over for a bit as he had some post delivered here. Not sure why he's still having it delivered here but at least it's not so far for him to come to pick it up! He stayed for a little while before heading home. Later, daughter and Baby A video chatted for a while. It was lovely to see her. She's getting so big! Apparently soon she'll be joining the toddler room at daycare. She's definitely ready for it I think! Some of her 'friends' are already in the toddlers so I'm sure she'll have fun there.

As usual, plans went awry, and I didn't get any crafting done, but it was a relaxing day.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

  4. It sounds very wet over there! But, all that rain will help to get rid of the snow and bring out spring flowers. Enjoy your Sunday drive. :)

I hope the rain stops soon and the sun comes out for you.

  6. Rain came in about 3 yesterday and all through the night. The dogs still need to go out, so now I have the muddy paws and wet fur to deal with. I'm glad you got out and will today. I'm debating how to spend my day.

    1. I hear you're supposed to be getting some snow! I should be thankful we're not getting that. We did have snow showers the other day but nothing significant

  7. It's great that these days distant family can keep in touch with regular video chats. So different to when we were children!
Sorry it was raining with you; spring has arrived here and we even had to water the garden!

    1. It definitely makes things a lot easier. I wish it was around when my children were little so they could have video chatted with mum
