After a REALLY chilly weekend - including a time when there were some (GASP!) snowflakes flying around today is actually quite a nice day. The sun is shining and it was warm out so I decided to go back out into the garden for a little bit. I admit to not having a green thumb - I tend to kill quite a few plants (which would explain why there are none in my house!) However I do okay at herbs and vegetables. I weeded the herb plot, well, most of it anyway.

I am still confused about the plant in the middle. I thought I planted something there but it could be a weed. I don't want to dig it up in case it is something! Does anyone know? Weed or plant? I did tell you I wasn't a good gardener!

I think it's a weed, but I'm not confident enough of that to counsel pulling it up! What I do when I plant things, though, is I put small stones around it, so that when it comes up the next year I know that it's there on purpose.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good idea! Usually I put the little stick things in to remind me what I planted but I don't see one. I'm beginning to think it might be a weed!
