It was cancelled. I was supposed to be in Minnesota by now, but I got a text last night telling me that my flight has been cancelled. They have put me on a different one for tomorrow. Sigh. The flight I had was straight through from our local airport to Minneapolis. Unfortunately on Sundays there is not a straight through flight so I have to fly from here to Detroit and then Minneapolis. Hopefully I will make it tomorrow.
Ughh, I have a hard time switching flights, I'm like a mouse in a maze and I can't figure out where to go. I hope you can ... you fly more than I do...so, I'm sure you understand how it all works.

I thought of you and wondered when I watched the evening news, yesterday, and they were talking about the major winter storm and said flights were cancelled and showed some roads in Minnesota that were full of snow. I'm sorry your flight was cancelled, but, better than having something happen due to the storm. Also, what a blessing that you are still able to make the rescheduled flight, that you don't have to cancel plans altogether because you need to take time off from work, etc., although, I suppose, this means that you won't be able to spend quite as much time with your daughter as originally planned, since she might be working during the week. Hope you do have a safe flight and I know you will enjoy the time you spend with her.
